A Houston-area agent focused on the north side
Let me be straightforward: my home turf is north of the city. I serve Montgomery County, North Houston, and the surrounding Greater Houston communities — Conroe, The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, and the corridor along I-45. If your search points there, you get an agent who has lived in this part of the region his whole life.
If you are set on a neighborhood on the far side of Houston, I will say so honestly and point you toward the right fit — sometimes that means a referral rather than a stretch.

Homes & property types
The north corridor is dominated by suburban single-family neighborhoods, from established subdivisions in Spring and North Harris County to master-planned communities around The Woodlands and newer construction pushing north along I-45 and the Grand Parkway. Townhomes cluster near the employment centers, and acreage starts appearing quickly once you cross into Montgomery County.
Commutes & major roads
I-45 is the main artery between downtown Houston and the northern suburbs, with the Hardy Toll Road as the parallel express option. The Grand Parkway (TX-99) arcs east–west across the corridor, and US 59/I-69 serves the northeast side toward New Caney and Porter.

Common questions about North Houston
Do you cover all of Houston?
No, and I will not pretend to. My service area is Montgomery County, North Houston, and nearby Greater Houston communities. For submarkets far from the north side, I will refer you to an agent who works that area every day.
Which north-side areas do you know firsthand?
Conroe — my hometown — plus The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, Willis, Magnolia, Montgomery, and the Lake Conroe area. My HAR profile lists Montgomery, San Jacinto, Liberty, Walker, Polk, Madison, and North Harris counties.
Can you help me compare the suburbs north of Houston?
Yes — that is a large part of my relocation work. I put together objective comparisons of commute routes, property-tax setups including MUDs, and housing stock, and I tie every claim to an official source.
Do you handle rentals in the North Houston area?
Yes. I help renters tour, apply, and lease across the corridor, and rental listings appear on this site as they come to market.
